What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm.

Does the hotel offer parking?

Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina makes parking simple, safe and secure. Our hotel offers guests the convenience of well-lit outdoor parking, which is available for a small fee and is located close to the entrance of the hotel, as well as valet parking.

Self-parking rates:

• Outdoor overnight parking: $30 +tax per day
• Outdoor cruise parking: $20 +tax per day

Daily visitor self-parking rates:

• 0-1 Hours: $5 +tax
• 1-2 Hours: $8 +tax
• 2-3 Hours: $10 +tax
• 3-4 Hours: $15 +tax
• 4-23 Hours: $30 +tax

Valet parking rates:

• Outdoor overnight valet parking: $35 +tax per day
• Daily visitor valet-parking: $11 +tax per day

Does the hotel have a Business Center?

Open 24/7, the Pier Sixty-Six Business Center is a self-service, on-site business resource specifically designed for meeting planners, business travelers and convention attendees.

What is the cost to ship a package to the hotel?

Incoming/Outgoing Parcels

• Packages under 5 lbs: $5 per box
• Packages 6-20 lbs: $10 per box
• Packages 21-50 lbs: $15 per box
• Packages over 51 lbs: $50 per box

Incoming/Outgoing Display Cases

• Display box, poster, large tube, or oversized box: $20 per case
• Display Case (each): $30 per case

Incoming/Outgoing Crates

• Crates under 150 lbs: $50 per crate
• Crates over 150 lbs: $150 per crate

Incoming/Outgoing Pallets

• $50 per pallet Storage Charges (Applies to any/all materials received more than 7 calendar days before date of guest pickup)
• $25 per day prior to the 7-day limit
• $50 per day for palletize boxes to facilitate storage (this charge is in addition to the storage charge)

Man Hours

There is a $30/hour or any portion of an hour per man charge when shipping and receiving staff is involved in the unloading/loading, breakdown/setup/packaging of parcels/convention/exhibit materials in addition to above charges.

Does the hotel require a credit card hold for incidentals?

A valid credit card required at check-in. There is a $75 per day authorization for incidental charges. Incidental charges include but are not limited to food and beverage charges, long distance phone calls and pay per view movies. Any unused authorization is released upon check-out and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your account based on your bank processing times.

What is the hotel’s policy on pets?span>

We gladly welcome your most cherished travel canine companion. Keep in mind, to participate in the pet program please inform the hotel that you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival by calling 954.525.6666
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.
Rates: 1+ Days— $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay.
Please register your dog at the front desk at check-in.
Please enter or exit through the front lobby doors.
For room cleaning, please contact our front desk team to arrange a time between 9:00am and 4:00pm and have your pet out of the room during this time.
Dogs need to be on leash, except while in your room.
Dogs are not permitted in public areas such as restaurants, bars and the pool area.
The hotel does not assume any liability for your dog or its actions while on hotel grounds.
